U15 AND U18 TRACKER ID CAMP: $100.00 per player
DATE OF CAMPS: April 12, Sunday (one day camp for both groups) includes lunch.
Registration and Payment (non-refundable) must be made prior to attendance.
Payment can be made by Credit Card or Chq’s dropped off at the FSJMH Office. E-transfer is NOT available
