No player may participate in ANY MHA function unless he or she is properly registered with the Association.  

A player is registered when:

- completed registration form is filed with Registrar and registration fees have been paid in full or post dated cheques have been left with registrar. Fees are as above and include a jersey for Recreation players

-all NSF cheques must be made good or registration may be rescinded. There will be a $25.00 service charge

**OUTSTANDING REGISTRATION FEES not completed by December 31st will result in the player being ineligible to be on the ice.

- Registered players may receive a full refund less $60 NON REFUNDABLE insurance and admin fee. Prorating for the time remaining in season will also apply. Request for refund must be made in writing by parent or guardian who registered the player - no refunds after December 31st of the respective hockey season.

- FSJMHA REGISTRATION DEADLINE IS SEPTEMBER 30TH. Exceptions will be made in the event a person/persons moves into the FSJMHA from another community (providing there is room within the division they are registrering in).

- tryout registration deadline Sept 01 if participating from another MHA

 If you are transferring from another association or wanting to register more than 3 children in your family for a discount, you need to see the Registrar at the Kid's Rink and apply in person.
